The outdoor pools are fantastic. The kids could not have been happier about it. There are swirling and straight water slides which the guests enjoyed at any time of the day. Moreover, the area is spotlessly clean, and the sun loungers are cosy too.
There are many choices offered at the bars. The places have great atmospheres. Guests hung out there and did not even notice the time passing by quickly because they enjoyed so much. The dishes were cooked properly, and the servers were friendly.
Gouves Water Park Holiday Resort's animation team got a lot of praise from the guests because of the fantastic games and activities they organized. In addition, most guests said that they loved their stay mainly due to the entertainment provided by the hotel.
Few guests said that some of the bathrooms had faulty plumbing because the floors get easily flooded. There were also times when the water had a few black particles. Some of the drains worked slowly too. However, the guests could rely on the staff to fix things as quickly as possible.
Some of the guests were a bit bothered because of the large number of people. People kept on pushing each other. Due to this, guests had a hard time finding decent seats. However, the food was worth the wait because it was tasty.
Some guests said that the air conditioners automatically turn off. Others had unclean air vents or minor leaks. However, the staff is alert in responding to these situations by sending technicians to the rooms shortly.
