Hotel Glade End Guest House (Marlow, United Kingdom)

The breakfast seems to be what guests most appreciated about the Glade End Guest House. While perhaps not being any different in make up that any other English breakfast, guests really enjoyed the taste, and considered it prepared to perfection and served in an elegant setting.

Again and again guests mention that the staff were genuinely friendly and were always willing to try to help, whether that was by providing local information or dealing with their small issues.

Several guests mention that they thought the décor and furniture in their room particularly smart. It seems they thought it successfully walks the line between being too modern and cold or too old fashioned and frumpy.

The guest house is at the junction of two fairly busy roads, and a number of guests felt that their room wasn't sufficiently insulated from the street noise outside.

While guests generally liked the décor and furniture in the rooms, quite a few also went on to say that their room was too small for their liking. The feeling was that this was a bit of a luxury guest house and should therefore have had larger rooms.

A couple of guests were a little upset that they were not allowed to play the on-site piano. It seemed like a completely functioning piano, but guests seemed to have been told that playing it was not allowed under any circumstances.
