Several guests have boasted on behalf of this hotel for its fantastic breakfast offered. Not only have guests enjoyed the quality and range of all the food on offer, but the convenience of not having to leave the hotel for a great breakfast is also a big positive.
This hotel caters wonderfully for the whole family. Not only are there a host of on-site activities available for guests of all ages to enjoy but guests are also offered a daycare service with several well-equipped staff members taking care of children.
The staff members at this hotel outdo themselves when it comes to service. Guests are made to feel valuable as visitors and are always treated as a priority. Staff members are always happy to assist and it has made staying at this hotel a more than pleasurable experience.
Guests have not been particularly pleased with the Wi-Fi service offered at this hotel. Not only do guests struggle to keep signal and connectivity strength, but only one device can connect at a time. More than one device connecting will result in an extra fee payable.
Guests have indicated that the villas at this hotel are in need of some updating. Some of the in-room features, such as the bath tub, walls and ceilings, are slightly outdated and are evidently worn out.
As the main pool is in full-view of the restaurant and its guests, each villa is allocated a 'private' plunge pool. This is a lovely feature however; some guests have been a little put-out by the lack of privacy of the pool despite it being exclusively allocated to a particular villa or residence.
