Hotel Fair House Villas & Spa, Koh Samui (Mae Nam Beach, Thailand)

The hotel’s employees are vibrant, very friendly and jubilant. They are always doing their best in making sure that guests have a comfortable time. They are also very capable and know how to handle the guests in a proficient manner.

Guests can access the gorgeous private beach that’s next to the hotel. The hotel is well located close to a number of attractions and everything is within a reasonable distance. Several restaurants, shops and markets are within a reasonable distance.

The elegant rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious and with great Wi-Fi connectivity. The environs are breathtakingly beautiful and guests get the added benefit of having the ocean view right outside their window.

A few bathrooms looked aged and not in good state. They are not up to the hotel’s cleanliness standards with some guests complaining of worn out towels and bathrobes. A few areas in the hotel were in a poor state and needed renovation.

Guests who used the fitness centre were unsatisfied with the limited equipment and the poor state they were in. Those who used the gymnasium felt it had little equipment.

Many guests felt that the price of food and services was too expensive. They complained about the rates of rooms as high as opposed to what was offered. Most felt that they were being overcharged.
