Rooms are serviced daily and cleaned to a high standard. Views from rooms with sea views are lovely. Balconies come furnished with chairs for two and a table. Windows are sound-proofed and thick curtains help to block out the bright morning sunlight.
The staff are very helpful and speak a number of languages. Staff are extremely courteous and go out of their way to offer advice or to aid when assistance is necessary. Their helpful attitude makes staying here even more pleasant.

The Wi-Fi, on the whole, is very slow and hard to connect to. The signal appears to be dependent on location with guests on some floors having no issues and others finding it impossible to connect. Local cafes, bars and other hotels also offer free Wi-Fi
The sounds from the streets below can get noisy and travel up to rooms, when the windows are left open. Rooms facing the hotel courtyard can also be noisy as this area is where tables are laid out and cleared for meals.
