Guests loved the location of Days Inn St Augustine West with IHOP attached to hotel and St Augustine Premium Outlets mall right next to it. Many good restaurants, gas station and convenience stores are also located nearby. St. Augustine Old Town is a short drive from the hotel.

`x The staff at Days Inn St Augustine West is very helpful and friendly, providing assistance in every possible way to the guests. From solving any room issues, if any to helping with the recommendations, everything is handled with promptness by the excellent staff.

The rooms are comfortable and clean with comfortable beds and crisp linens. With basic facilities like fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and free Wi-Fi in the room, it is quite a decent stay at the price offered.

The hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast to the guests however, there is an IHOP on the premises where you can grab a bite, but that just adds an extra cost to your bill.

There are some minor issues were highlighted by the guests like rooms were old and need repairs, stained mattress, stuck up doors, not enough towels, no soiled clothing bags, weak Wi-Fi and leaked shower. However, the guests also felt that these issues did not really affect their short stay and hotel is good for the price paid.

There have been complaints regarding front desk staff's inattentiveness and lack of care towards the guest problems regarding rooms.
