Rooms could be bigger.
Accommodation was claustrophobic at times, according to guests. Windowless rooms were already considered to be smaller than average, and some guests were disappointed with box-like rooms that guests wanted to spend as little time in as possible. On the bright side, guests found some consolation with the comfortable beds and modern interior.
Guests had a list of items that were found to be unreliable. These included things like malfunctioning lockers, causing guests to wish that they had brought their own lock. Other things that weren't always working properly were Wi-Fi, hot water, and air-conditioning. Thankfully, guests only experienced sporadic interruptions to their comfort.
Bathrooms in need of attention.
Shared bathrooms at CityRest Fort weren't always as clean as guests would have liked. This high traffic area was frequently unclean, according to guests, and things like paper towel and hand soap needed replacing on a more regular basis.
