Church Farm is a charming farm converted into a B&B with most of the accommodation in converted stables renovated to high standards. Guests liked meeting the resident horses and the cosy rooms with a lovely cottage feel along with en-suite facilities. Good location, delicious breakfast, free transport etc. makes it a good choice to stay for guests.
Most of the guests pick Church Farm for its close proximity to NEC, Biringham Airport and National Motorcycle Museum. The hotel is very well-placed with just five minutes from M42 motorway which offers an easy on/off from highway. Various businesses are located around the property like Trinity Park and Birmingham Business park making it a good stay for business as well as family travellers.
The hosts are friendly and welcoming and extend their help to make the guests stay comfortable. The English and continental breakfast offered is loved by the guests, served on a large dining table, shared with other guests.
The guesthouse being situated near the airport there is a lot of loud noise from aircraft which is a bit discomforting for guests, however it stops after a reasonable time.
Some guests mentioned that the parking is a bit limited at the accommodation and is not a place to consider if you have no transport. However, they do offer transport to airport, NEC and rail station.
So far, no more negative opinion has been expressed by the guests about this hotel.
