The swimming pool and the terrace are found to be nice amenities for most guests. They were able to enjoy a good swim after a long day of exploring the city. The terrace also provided nice city views and was a small relaxing place to have a conversation.
The breakfast was found to be a great morning meal by many guests who enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices available. The breakfast was simple but generous and was enough for most guests to leave happy.
Some guests felt the location was perfect for their needs, it was close to various public transportation stops that could take guests to central Valencia. It is also walking distance from the soccer stadium and various restaurants.
The Wi-Fi signal was said to be unreliable and if it did work was not strong enough for more than one device to work. The Internet was too slow and it was annoying to have to wait for it to work.
The noise from other guests and staff coming from the corridor were found to be distracting by some guests. They would have enjoyed more sound insulation. The noise could be reduced with better walls in between rooms.
Some guests thought the staff were very professional in treating guests, but they would have like them to be more personable as well. A nice smile and simple communication skills go a long way for many guests. They thought these little things make a difference.
