Close to the train station
This hotel is not too far from the Stazione di Firenze railway station, so guests give this a thumbs up as it means the property is fairly easy to reach.
Air conditioning is appreciated
It can get hot and sticky during the summer months in Florence, so guests really do appreciate the fact there is air conditioning in rooms. It certainly helps make for a more comfortable stay.
No reception desk
With no staff on-site you have to arrange your arrival time in advance or ring them when you get to the property and wait for someone to come. This was a problem for guests without roaming on their mobile. You may prefer staff to be on-site to answer or any issues which arise.
Not a central location
The bed and
breakfast is located in a residential part of Florence there is not much choice
for places to eat nearby. The property is also a little too far from the main
tourist sites for some, although others say the location is quite good and
enjoy the walk to explore the city.
You may find that that you can hear people who are staying in other rooms, particularly if they are loud or as they come and go. Some guests heard noise from outside and others heard the cleaners quite early on a morning. The noise is a disturbance for some.
