The pool is a decent size and is always kept clean by staff on a daily basis. There are always plenty of sun loungers available so there is no need to get up early to reserve them as you would elsewhere.
Many reviews have said how good the staff are with children, especially the bar staff who are always playing with them and making them laugh. Many are mentioned by name for their friendly attitude and willingness to ensure that you are always having a good day.
There have been reviews by previous guests stating that the hotel needs a refurbishment due to a tired and rundown appearance and this is exactly what is happening with a full refurbishment of the whole property.
According to some guests the cleaning staff don’t clean apartments on a daily basis and bed linen is not changed regularly either, however other guests have said the opposite and that the cleaning staff do a really good job of keeping the apartments clean.
The apartments are located on a steep hill which may be a problem for guests who have mobility issues.
