Guests said that they would return to Belvedere for the wide range of facilities available. With amenities like bowling, table tennis, a pool table and squash, there was always something to do at this hotel. A stand out was the luxury spa, with a Finnish, Turkish, and infrared sauna, Roman bath, and a hydro massage pool.
Save your appetite for the gastronomic delights on offer at Belvedere. Guests were left satiated by a wonderful assortment of cuisine, and particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. They raved about a wide selection of hot and cold items, and a top notch coffee machine that was worth getting up for.
Guests found staff to be attentive at this hotel. It was obvious to many that staff had been well trained and enjoyed what they were doing. If great customer service is important to you, staying here might be a good choice.
Guests visiting in the summer felt that air-conditioning was a necessary addition. Several were uncomfortable during hot summer nights, and wished for a chance to cool down.
Depending which room you reserve, you might find it to be too small for your liking. Many guests commented on the smaller rooms, and felt that some rooms weren't really suitable for a longer stay. Additionally, guests weren't enthusiastic about lacklustre decor that was in need of a refresh.
Guests didn't like that Wi-Fi was a pain to connect to. While it worked efficiently, it was frustrating for guests to create a password and log on each time. Another issue that guests had was the high price of parking, which many felt was too much for the area.
