All of the guest rooms are quite spacious and have an open and airy feeling to them. Most rooms have balconies that look out over the city.

This establishment offers a very nice complimentary breakfast that most agree are substantial enough to keep you well until late afternoon. What is particularly nice about this buffet is that the choices are quite varied from day to day, so you aren't locked into the same thing if you stay for a longer period of time.

This hotel offers many nice amenities, especially the sauna and spa area. After checkout, many guests reported that they were sill allowed to use the spa facilities, privately, one more time, if they wished.

The attitude of the staff toward guests has been remarked upon more than once, and many guests also report discrepancies with their bills upon check out. This may possibly be due to some cultural differences, but all in all, guests state that they had a hard time communicating and having their issues resolved.

While the spa and sauna are free, they are not totally free. The free hours are only from 8-11, then after that there is a steep fee charged. Due to this, then, the spa and sauna areas during the free hours are packed and you either have to share the area, or there are too many people to allow access.

The accommodations are very minimalist, with barely enough furniture to make it comfortable. Many guests reserved a double or queen sized bed, only to find that they'd been put in a room with two twins shoved together.
