The apartments at the resort are equipped with satellite TVs, desks, in-room safes and coffeemakers. Full kitchenettes with stovetops, refrigerators and cookware plus dining area are present. Furnished balconies with sea views are featured. Bathrooms with shower, and free toiletries and hair dryers are present. The resort has three outdoor pools, tennis and squash courts and a mini-golf course plus grocery store onsite. A children’s club and pool with waterslide is present. Pets are allowed with restrictions applicable. Self parking onsite and nearby is free. Wi-Fi access in the public areas of the resort is complimentary. Guests say that they will recommend the Verudela Beach Resort in Pula, Croatia, to families and couples. The beach is a few steps away. If guests want to go to town, the Pula centre is just ten minutes by bus. Guests say they enjoy the city as well with its many Roman sites.
The facilities for sports at the resort make it a perfect choice for guests visiting with children to spend a vacation. The staff members at the reception, the bell boys and the clerks at the grocery store are all helpful and nice.
Guests say that the apartments are comfortable and clean with balconies providing spectacular sea views. They like the bathrooms for the showers which have good, strong pressures. Guests also like having access to the numerous beaches from the property and say it is a luxury to have plenty of sun-bathing options.
Some guests say that they did not like cars being allowed to park in front of their apartments as they block the sea views. Some others say that there are too many large trees around the apartments which spoil the sea views and shadow the sunlight.
Several guests did not find the facilities in the kitchens adequate as there is no microwave, oven or toaster. Some guests find the beds in the room rock hard, and say that the sofa bed in the living room is far more comfortable. Guests find the TV instructions difficult to follow and say that no instructions are provided for using the stovetop.
Guests say they have to be cautious as there are many extras to pay for at the resort. The air conditioning, sun beds and water sports all carry extra charges.
