Guests reported being warmly welcomed at this property, regardless of the time of day they arrived. The owners and staff here are helpful, processing check-ins quickly, assisting with local bus timetables, making guests hot drinks and even teaching newcomers a bit of Greek. This made a great impression and helped to ensure that the experience here was overwhelmingly positive.
Visitors were very happy to find that the village of Oia - along with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and tavernas - was within walking distance of this hotel. Additionally, there is a bus stop right next to the property, which helped to make onward connections around the island an absolute snap.
A number of guests were very happy to note that - unlike other properties in this part of the world - there were no steep steps to negotiate. In this regard, this property rated highly with both parents of young children as well as elderly guests.
The Wi-Fi here was rather patchy, with many struggling to connect from their rooms. Some felt that the signal was actually strongest in this hotel's pool area.
Guests also felt that breakfasts at this property were rather basic and that the overall variety of offerings could be improved. Additionally, hard mattresses seemed to be an issue here, with many complaining that their beds were just too firm for comfort.
Finally, a number of visitors were bemused by the presence of handheld showers at this hotel, with many feeling that conventional showers would provide a more efficient and pleasant experience.
