Guests didn't want to leave the enchanting Ambassador In Paradise. A powder white sand beach was only outdone by the crystal clear water, with a shallow entry to accommodate kids. Guests loved that this hotel, located in quieter Station 1, was only a short walk to the livelier Station 2.
Staff were really on the ball at this resort. Guests were tirelessly waited on by attentive staff who were found to be warm and friendly. Some guests even had experiences with staff that really went the extra mile, like personally showing guests where to find a certain shop, or assisting with lost luggage.
Guests found rooms to be nicely decorated, with a comfortable, luxury feel to accommodation that had many outstanding amenities. Elegant bathrooms with large tubs, local, handmade wooden furniture, and decorative Asian accents were a few of the things that stood out to guests.
The outdoor swimming pool at Ambassador In Paradise was more like a kids' pool, according to some guests. Several staying at this resort didn't feel it was big enough for the size of the hotel. The good news, however, is that guests found the beach too beautiful to pass up on.
A few guests were introduced to life in the tropics with a cold shower. From time to time, hot water was a precious resource at Ambassador In Paradise, and while a frigid shower was one way to cool down in the stifling heat, guests would have rather let the air-conditioning take care of that.
Whenever guests needed to call the front desk to request something, or to make a complaint, they quickly found that using the phone wasn't going to be an option. Guests wished that rooms were equipped with phones, instead of having to walk to the front desk every time they needed something.
