Each of the members of staff are willing to help guests in anyway that they can. If a guest is looking for assistance with booking a taxi, but doesn't speak Italian, the staff are more than willing to translate, or book the taxi for them. Any other assistance is well received too.
Each room is spacious, and very well maintained. Guests staying at Al Maso will find that they have ample room to spread out, and that they can count on their rooms being cleaned every day. These two factors set this hotel apart from many, many others all around Europe.
Each room has a view of it's own, whether it be a view overlooking the swimming pool, or of the surrounding mountainous landscape, guests will have something worth looking at from their room windows.
Guests are afforded the chance to sit poolside and spend their evenings enjoying some drinks in a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, guests staying in the rooms overlooking this area will find that the sound of their voices, and any noise that they make travels into their rooms easily, which can cause a restless night of sleep.
To get to the center of Riva del Garda, guests will either have to rent a car or taxi, or even walk for approximately 40 minutes. Luckily, the guests have access to free bicycle rental at Al Maso. There, guests can come and go as they please, using the hotel bikes, which are subject to availability.
With it's warm climate, Italy can produce some very warm days. Unfortunately, if the air conditioning unit in-room breaks, guests will be in for a very warm day and night.
