Rooms need general cleaning
Peeling wallpapers, cobwebs hanging on furniture and in corners, scratches and writings on the wall - these are just some of the negative reviews about some rooms in the hotel. You may call for a housekeeper when issues like these bother you very much.
Wi-Fi is not high-speed
Despite its advertisement of free Wi-Fi in public areas, guests reported that the Internet access is restricted only to a small area near the registration desk. The free Internet is non-existent in the rooms.
Some minor bathroom complaints
Some of the showers have mould and mildew, while the wallpapers in the kitchen and bathrooms are peeling off. These just minor issues are best ignored though. However, if this still bothers you, you can always ask for a room transfer or demand for a housekeeping staff to clean your area.
