The hotel is budget friendly close to amenities
The hotel offers you good value for money if you are looking for basic amenities at a reasonable price. Its closeness to transport facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and various other amenities makes staying at this hotel a good choice.
The guestrooms are comfortable and well furnished
Rooms are compact and very hygienic. The beds have comfortable mattresses and an adequate number of pillows are provided. The decor is very appealing, stylish and fashionable.
Poor sleep quality as a result of the noise levels
The rooms are not well soundproofed and noise travels rather far. The bar can get noisy and some guests have found that this disturbs their sleep. Also noise from trains proved to be a bother to some guests. Others have complained of noisy ACs in their rooms.
Wireless internet connectivity speeds are slow
A number of guests were upset by the slow Wi-Fi reception. This was particularly evident at night when the number of users increases. The speeds are only fit for light web browsing and guests who want to stream videos or handle large files will find it almost impossible.
A number of bathrooms fittings needed replacing
Some guests complained about the state of the bathrooms. A number of toilets had loose handles while showerheads and taps needed replacing as they were rusty and old. A few complained about the weak water pressure when taking a shower.
