Slow and small elevator
Guests mentioned there is only one elevator for the building which does not offer much space and is not very fast. At busy times you will have to wait for your chance to ride it. It also stops automatically at floor two, as this is where the reception is located.
Smoke smell is dominating
This hotel offers smoking and non-smoking rooms, but guests who booked non-smoking rooms often felt they had a lingering cigarette smell in the room. This might either travel from other rooms or they might re-designate rooms depending on demand, as some guests found signs of smoking in their rooms.
