Casa Vermelha is located in the Casas da Lagoa property, in a quiet area surrounded by nature between the countryside and the ocean. It is just 4 km from the beaches of the Ericeira World Surf Reserve and the lively center of Ericeira is a 10-minute drive away. The outdoor space is shared with the other 3 houses on the property and includes a spacious 500m2 garden, two balconies, a barbecue and a medium-sized saltwater pool.This charming little house has a double bed, closet and a small living area - with sofa and TV - open to the kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge (combined with a freezer), toaster and coffee machine. It has a private bathroom. The house overlooks the garden and the pool, with direct access to the balcony, garden and barbecue, as well as the common washing machine.Although there is public transport in the vicinity, and the village has a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants, to get to Ericeira or the various beaches it is useful to have your own transport. Parking is simple and free on a small square in front of the houses.
