Guests found staff to be hospitable and welcoming. Special requests were met with efficiency and a smile. The staff are friendly and families in particular appreciated the special attention given to children.

In addition to beautiful sea views enjoyed from the restaurant, many reported that the food was fresh, wholesome, delicious and with plenty to choose from. Guests with special dietary requirements are also catered for.

Some felt that the hotel pictures misrepresented the state of the hotel's condition. Worn and dirty carpets, walls that need a new coat of paint, old furniture and worn bed linen were amongst the items listed that need to be upgraded.
