Most of the staff here speak really good English so there are no problems with communication and they will always give you service with a smile and in addition will strive to do their best to fulfil any requests that you many have in order to ensure that you have a pleasurable and enjoyable stay here including giving advice and hints and tips on what there is to see and do in this bustling city.
The hotel's boasts a very convenient central location which give you the opportunity to easily see a great deal of what Düsseldorf has to offer with the Altstadt (Old Town) just a short walk away as is the famous Königsallee where there is lots of quality shopping to be done. There are tram stops just outside the hotel and the railway station is also located nearby.
In some areas of the hotel the furniture and the décor is starting to look rather tired and quite dated in places with either a refurbishment needed a lick of paint.
Rooms do not have any air conditioning which means that it can get hot and stuffy especially as there is no ventilation in corridors either so having to keep windows open in rooms leads to noise from the busy street below.
The rooms need a thorough deep clean as there are stains on carpets, dusty furniture and dirty bathroom with rusted metalwork.
