New name, difficult to find.

The hotel has only recently changed ownership and become Holiday Inn Berlin City East-Landsberger Allee. Many guests have not been made aware of the change, making the hotel very difficult to find for some.

Poor location far from the centre.

Although advertised as being central, the hotel is east of the city centre. Getting to most landmarks will require tram, train, or car travel.

Paid Wi-Fi is old-fashioned and disappointing.

Many travellers have been surprised to hear that Wi-Fi access is only available at a per day fee. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection is slow and unreliable.
