The location here is great, as it's only five minutes' walk from the railway station, five minutes' drive from the M42 motorway and ten minutes' drive from Birmingham International Airport. For anyone visiting Solihull for business or pleasure it is minutes away from the town centre. It is well situated for anyone attending an event at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC). There is a strong Wi-Fi signal here too, which has been described as excellent by guests.

It has been noticed that the staff members here are really friendly and committed to guest needs. Teresa, the hostess is welcoming and attentive and has been mentioned as being extremely helpful. It has been repeatedly mentioned that the breakfast here is tasty, freshly cooked, well presented and served in generous portions. Cereals and coffee are available in the breakfast room for those unable to stay for the cooked breakfast.

The rooms here have been described as large, comfortable and clean and very well heated with a thermostat control for ease of adjustment. The shower has reasonable water pressure.

Although the windows have double glazing to keep the outside noise out, the walls are rather thin and sound sensitive guests are often aware of noise in the other rooms.

Tea/coffee making facilities are available all day in the breakfast room, although some guests like to have the facilities in their rooms.

Although there is enough room for guests to park their cars, some of the guests have mentioned that the parking space outside the guest house feels a little tight when there's a full house and that there has to be some juggling of cars to get in and to get out.
