If customer service is an important factor to you then you will be happy to know that all guests who commented on customer service said this bed-and-breakfast had a very friendly and welcoming owner as well as staff members. People said the owner would go above and beyond to assist with things such as travel needs if need be. Other guests said they felt it was a very welcoming atmosphere in general, with a homey feeling.
If good food is important to you, you will also be happy to know that the complimentary breakfast served has received mostly rave reviews from visitors.
Most people said they found their rooms to be very comfortable and clean and several people also said staying at the property was excellent value for the money spent.
Though complaints were extremely limited, one guest said that they had an issue with the shower not running hot enough and the toilet seat not staying up. Another visitor said the bathroom is a bit outdated and may need some refreshing.
There were one or two remarks about the property smelling musty.
In general, most people said they enjoyed their stay at this bed-and-breakfast - even from the few who had slight issues with their visits - and there were not very many complaints. The only other negative remarks were from one guest who said they felt the décor was a little old-fashioned and the walls were a bit thin.
