Head to the 51st floor to enjoy your morning meal, where you’ll be presented with a varied breakfast buffet and spectacular views over the city of Osaka. You don't get to experience a breakfast like this every day!

If you encounter any problems in the hotel the staff are quick to fix them.
The Wi-Fi on offer at this hotel doesn't always provide a reliable connection to the internet, so be prepared for slow loading times. Streaming movies and downloading music isn't always possible here.
This is a very large hotel and it seems that housekeeping are struggling to keep up with all the cleaning required. The standard of cleanliness is not very consistent and your room might not be looking spotless when you check in.
The years are catching up with this hotel and not enough is being done to keep it looking fresh. The decor is starting to appear tired and some of the furniture could do with being replaced.
