This hotel is only one block from Michigan Avenue and is within easy walking disntance to the Riverfront. There are endless amounts of shopping, dining and tourism to be done in the surrounding areas of the hotel. Guests can save costs on taking expensive taxi trips.
Although this hotel is beautifully designed, the walls in between rooms might be slightly too thin as guests have complained about the noise levels coming from their neighbor. The exterior noise can also become a problem if you're a light sleeper.
AC Hotel Chicago serves a continental breakfast daily. However, there have been several guests who were not too pleased with the unreasonable price the hotel is wanting per guest. Although, there are many other options in the area for breakfast.
There have been a couple of complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms being below par. This might just be because the hotel is still very new and getting used to the guest intake. Overall, guests have thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
