Positive Reviews

Great For A Variety Of Travellers

The area and the guesthouse is fantastic for families or for those looking for a comfy and relaxing getaway. The sightseeing aspect of the area is interesting as well.

The Details Do The Trick

There's no question a lot of attention to detail is part of the interior decor of the facility. The rooms are nicely furnished, cosy, and clean. A lot of effort has been put into the tiniest detail, which is quite impressive. Rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. Kudos to the guest house owners/decorators.

Breakfast Is A Gem

Breakfast is cooked to perfection. You won't be disappointed with the menu, which includes both a continental and full English breakfast. Breakfast portions are generous as well.

Negative Reviews

A Bit Far From The City Centre

The facility is actually a bit far from the centre. It's almost a half-hour by bus, and this is when there's no traffic! You have to be cautious with which bus you take as there is a bus that travels via Waterloo and some others that do not. However, the bus station is not far from the facility.

Car Park Is A Tight Squeeze

The car park is a bit small, so be careful while manoeuvring your vehicle while parking.

Lighten-Up On The Smell

Something that smacks you upon entering the facility is the overwhelming smell. It appears that this odour comes from a deodorizer or something to “sweeten up” the ambiance or camouflage another smell, which in fact is so intense it can give you a headache.
