An attentive staff makes the difference.

The staff at the hotel are attentive and helpful and go far out of their way to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. The service throughout the hotel and pub is one of detail-oriented and efficient assistance and no request is too big or too muc

Negative Reviews

Only some renovations.

While the hotel has been undergoing some renovations, only some of the rooms have been completely refurbished with more modern appointments and spacious sleeping quarters. In other areas of the hotel. the furnishings are shabby, dated, and feel damp and s

No weekend relaxation.

The hotel's pub is quite popular and quite busy, especially on the weekends. This makes for a quite loud night as some noise can be heard in the rooms. The street noise can also be bothersome.

No lift.

There is no lift in the hotel. If your room is on one of the upper floors, dragging suitcases up three flights of stairs can be a major concern. This is also a problematic hotel for those who are disabled or can't navigate narrow staircases.
