No lifts may prove troublesome.

There were several negative remarks about the hotel not having lifts and too many stairs for some people. Several guests said they found the stairs especially difficult to navigate with their luggage. Visitors with mobility issues may have some difficulty when staying here.

A few little quirks.

There were a few comments about carpets not being in the best condition. Other people had trouble with the TVs in their rooms not working properly, and a few guests said they found soundproofing to be lacking as they could easily hear the noise other guests were making.
