Positive Reviews

Top-rated location

The location of these apartments has proved popular with guests. There are shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk of the accommodation. Many Dublin attractions are also nearby or at least within a reasonable driving distance.

Clean and modern apartments

Although guests find some of the bathrooms a little small, the general consensus from guests is that you can enjoy clean and modern surroundings here. Guests have appreciated the full kitchen facilities and have mentioned very few difficulties accessing the Wi-Fi.

Good service from staff

Guests mention some disappointment at having to pick up the apartment keys from a separate location but, other than that, have been impressed by the standard of service offered. Communication between staff and guests is generally described as good.

Negative Reviews

Street noise can be a problem

Given the location in Temple Bar and the abundance of bars in the immediate area, street noise is pretty much a given. Previous guests have confirmed this to be the case by reporting an excessive amount of noise from outside the apartments.

Plumbing needs attention

A fairly large number of guests have complained about the plumbing at these apartments. For most, the problem has been a slow draining shower although there have also been some problems with the toilet flush.

Need to purchase extras

Guests generally describe these Dublin holiday apartments as offering good value for money but do note that you will need to buy extras such as laundry soap and condiments for the kitchen.
