The Guest Rooms are Incredible

Not only are the rooms very clean and spacious with a comfortable and stylish ambiance, the bathrooms are full of luxurious amenities including a large shower which will quite possibly provide you with one of the best showers you’ve ever had.

Located in a very Central and Convenient Location

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The Gibson is easily accessible from the airport and it is located very close to the centre of the city and many attractions. The views are also amazing.

The Staff go Above and Beyond

When you first arrive at the hotel, staff members go out of their way to welcome you and for the rest of your stay, you will receive nothing but friendly service from staff who want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Negative Reviews

The Service is Slow and Staff seems not to Care

Some guests have reported that when requesting services, such as room service or a cup of coffee at the bar, some staff members seem disinterested and provide slow service. Some staff members even outright ignore customers and provide false information when asked questions about various services.

Poor Location with Little to do in the Area

The Gibson hotel is located far away from many attractions and there isn’t much to do in the area.

Some things are not working in the Rooms

Some guests have said that rooms are in some degree of disrepair with some items, such as air conditioning units and fans, not working properly and there doesn’t seem to be any hurry to get them working.
