Doherty Farm Holiday Homes, Island Roy Downing’s, in the North of County Donegal, Ireland are located right on the waterfront of Island Roy on the Rosguill Peninsula.

Each home contains a large open plan main living/dining area and a large open fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, outside clothes line.

Each home contains a spacious conservatory with sea views, patio with furniture. They also contain a Infra-red Sauna which can fit up to two people.

TV and video Free view satellite. Bed linen, Towels, Baby cot and High Chair provided free of charge. Ample parking for 2 cars. All type of pets are welcome.

The property is located close to the villages of Downing’s and Carrigart
