Positive Reviews

Peaceful location with stunning views.

The guest house is perched on the edge of Dingle Bay and is far enough away from the hustle and bustle meaning that guests could enjoy peaceful and tranquil evenings. Those whose rooms were located at the front of the building said that waking up to the picture-postcard views of the sea was one of the highlights of their stay. Many also appreciated being just a short walk away from the centre of town.

Clean and well-presented rooms.

From the crisp fresh linens through to the spotless surfaces, guests were pleased to report that everything in their en-suites was clean and pristine. Many complimented the elegant decor which included French period furniture, interesting artwork and quality upholstery. The bathrooms were said to be modern with up-to-date fixtures and fittings.

Tasty and hearty breakfasts.

Guests were impressed with the wide range of dishes on offer for breakfast ranging from the full-Irish option through to freshly made pancakes, scones and omelettes. The continental buffet was also said to be extensive featuring numerous cold items which were all said to be fresh and of high quality.

Negative Reviews

Internet connection problems.

Guests who wanted to connect to the Internet from their rooms said that they experienced difficulties as the Wi-Fi signal was said to be rather spotty and intermittent meaning that they had to log on several times.

Service can be quite slow.

When the guest house is full to capacity, guests said that there were delays in receiving their breakfast orders as they had to wait longer than expected to get served.

Some rooms on the small side.

The standard-type en-suites have been described as being rather compact with guests stating that they had little space for their cases and very limited room to move around in between the furniture.
