Lake location.

Guests greatly appreciate the location of this hotel and its relation to the lake, specifically. The lake is only a few metres away and there are abundant views of it throughout the hotel. Guests describe the vistas as stunning and find this aspect of the hotel’s location to truly be one of the standout features.

Rooftop pool a plus.

One of the other standout amenities to guests staying at Park is the delightful pool. The pool is situated up high on the hotel’s rooftop, and guests enjoy taking a dip or bathing in the sun while getting a glimpse of the surrounding area, including the lake. Additionally, there is a pool bar that serves snacks and drinks.

Healthy breakfast.

Most of the guests appreciate the quality of the daily breakfast buffet at this location. Additionally, several guests made specific mention that they feel the breakfast options are well-sourced and healthy, allowing for an excellent start to the day. Having the dedicated on-site Restaurant Il Philò restaurant operating here is apparently a boon in this regard.

Negative Reviews

Not all rooms have views.

A lot has been said by guests regarding the quality of the views of the lake — when they exist. While there are a number of vantage points among the common areas of the hotel, some guests are displeased by the fact that not all of the rooms feature lake views. You’ll have to pay for a room upgrade to enjoy them.

Staff not all polite.

While we frequently receive reports of kind, high-quality staff, this site receives some mixed reviews in that regard. Some guests found the staff to be a bit rude. This is particularly true in relation to the night staff.

Certain rooms noisy.

Some rooms at Park are susceptible to disruptive noise. Guests say that the rooms located near the kitchen can be quite noisy, and they wish there was better soundproofing.
