Friendly Staff

The people who work here were found to be amazing and friendly. They would help guests with transportation, prepared itineraries and answered questions. They went the extra effort to make guests feel welcomed.

Nice Common Areas

Guests felt the hotel had many common areas which were worth the visit. The hotel has tennis and squash courts, a gym and a spa/beauty salon. There are also three eateries to choose from if you get hungry.

Elegant Rooms

The rooms were found to be elegant and well appointed by guests. They were clean, comfortable and had the amenities you would need for a good stay. They also had private plunge pools and balconies in each room, and each has sitting areas.

Negative Reviews

Cold Water

Guests felt that the in-room plunge pools were too cold to use. The temperature was not warm enough and they felt there should be some sort of improvement with the floors, since they were slippery.

Extra Charges

Guests did not enjoy that the final price was not like the price they had seen on the Internet. Once their stay was over, there were extra charges and taxes that were substantial and made guests wonder if it was worth it.
