Negative Reviews

Rooms in need of modernisation.

Some of the guests said that the rooms were starting to show their age and would benefit from refurbishments. Worn carpets, dated furniture and bathroom suites were just some of the things brought up by disappointed guests.

Poor soundproofing.

The walls were said to be rather on the thin side as some guests mentioned that they could hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms which sometimes prevented them from getting a good night's sleep.

Disappointing breakfasts.

The choice on offer at breakfast was described as rather limited with quite a few guests objecting to the lack of fresh fruit and other healthy options. The service at breakfast was also said to be quite slow.
