About The Frogmill

The Frogmill Inn is perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds, and is only six miles from the spa town of Cheltenham where a range of shopping and entertainment options are available.

Rooms at The Frogmill Inn are decorated in a contemporary fashion, but  possess period features including exposed beams. The spacious rooms are en-suite, and include satellite HD TV, a work desk, and Egyptian cotton linen.

Guests have use of free car parking, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Guests can also choose to stay in the self-catering annex rather than the main hotel building.

The hotel's own brasserie serves a bar menu at lunchtime and a refined a-la-carte menu of an evening. The hotel's own pub benefits from a riverside beer garden.

The Frogmill Inn is next door to the popular Shipton Golf Course, and is only a 20-minute drive from the iconic Cheltenham Racecourse.

Negative Reviews

Dated and tired decor.

Many reviews suggest that while The Frogmore Inn is full of character, it does actually feel run down in places too. The decor is tired in some parts of the hotel, while some of the fixtures and fittings have also seen better days.

Disappointing breakfast.

The breakfast has come in for some scathing reviews, with many guests disappointed by the relatively small range of breakfast options available. This is in contrast to the lunchtime bar menu and the evening a la carte menu, both of which are frequently de

Terrible Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi is advertised as free throughout , but as is often the case with old buildings, the Wi-Fi is less than reliable. Guests report having problems connecting depending on which part of the hotel they are in.
