Positive Reviews

The Pub Discount Is A Winner.

The discount includes a pub breakfast, which is decent. It's the usual fare with coffee, cereals, break, pastries, and the like. However, a hot breakfast is available for an additional cost. In fact, the food at the hotel comes highly recommended and the

The Friendliest Little Hotel In Cardiff.

The hotel staff are remarkably friendly, helpful, and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are a nice size and kept very clean.

The hotel floors are old or rather "squeaky." This means you can hear visitors walking above you as well. However, the rooms are updated but there is no air conditioning only a fan. You will just have to sweat it out if you visit during the hot summer mon

Which One Is It?.

It can be a bit confusing. The accommodation is over a pub, but it is part of a lodging chain; however, it's advertised as a hotel, but it's really a pub. You figure it out!
