East meets West with fine dining at Aubergine Restaurant in Barnet Street, or try Villa Portuguese Restaurant for excellent Portuguese and local cuisine, both within a five-minute walk.

Shop, eat, go to gym, or just enjoy a cup of coffee at Wembley Square, less than a five-minute drive from Gardens Centre Holiday Apartments, and if going up Table Mountain is on the agenda, then it's only six kilometres away via Kloof Nek Road.

Easy access to shopping

For travellers with loads of shopping on the menu, this location was ideal. The close proximity and easy access to the shops and the mall downstairs made finding for those much needed items a breeze. Guests also commented on the iconic Victoria and Alfred Waterfront just five kilometres from the apartments.

Convenient on-site parking

The convenience of free undercover parking was considered to be amazing for a busy location such as this. Guests said it was easy to get in and out of the parking spots, and simple to find their way back onto the main roads once out of the parking area.

Splendid views

The views of the city, Table Mountain and Signal Hill, to mention but a few, impressed travellers so much. They found the sights from their apartment windows to be absolutely magnificent, with many of them promising to return for another experience.

Negative Reviews

In need of some TLC

Guests found the apartments to be outdated and in need of quite a bit of renovation and maintenance. From leaking showers and toilets, to a lack of electrical wall sockets and a good coat of paint, they suggested that some the facilities need a good revamp.

Windy city

Even though Cape Town is well-known for its windy conditions, guests were rather rattled by the sound that the windows made during the bad weather. Several travellers were actually kept awake during the night for fear of the windows breaking.
