Negative Reviews

Poor WiFi for an extra charge.

Guests are unhappy with the WiFi situation - not only is there an extra charge if you want to use it in your room and not just in the lobby, but guests have found that the connection isn't very good and frequently drops. This is particularly frustrating when you've paid for it.

Some small rooms.

You might find that your room is a bit cramped, according to some guests. Room sizes do vary, so this may not be an issue, but some of the doubles are a pretty tight fit for two adults, while some of the bathrooms are also on the small side.

No kettle in the room.

Guests would like tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which are currently lacking. It means you'll have to traipse down to the bar or restaurant every time you want a hot drink, unless you bring your own travel kettle and supplies.
