Lovely beach location

Guests like that the Turmalina in Calpe, Spain is right next to the beach with many restaurants in the locality. Guests say that they have a perfect holiday in the white sandy beach, lovely weather, with delicious food, cheap wine and the warm sea.

Clean apartments, amazing views

The apartments are found old and tired by most guests but they say they are clean and well maintained. They say that the beds are comfortable and everything they need is available in the kitchen. They love the amazing sea views from the balconies.

Well maintained amenities; beach proximity a plus

Guests like the pool area and mini-golf at the property. They say that the pools and the garden are well maintained. Guests travelling with kids could watch their children playing on the beach from the balconies in their rooms which they say is a big plus.

Negative Reviews

Hard to locate

Several guests driving up to the property say that the entrance is hard to locate at first. The building is hidden down a side lane and guests have to park their cars on the road and walk down the lane to enter the property. Guests say they have to be watchful for the landmarks for fear of missing the way and then lug up their luggage from the car on the lane.

Aftermath of storm

Guest who experienced storms during their stay, say that while the experience of watching the thunder storm and lightning on the sea was amazing, the aftermath was anything but. The place was flooded; there were power cuts and no running water until the water was pumped out.

Needs update, poor Wi-Fi, expensive parking

Many guests feel that the apartments need a complete update. The Wi-Fi is also poor and not easy to access. Guests felt that the parking charges are rather high.
