Local Knowledge.

In addition to being friendly and welcoming, the hosts are able give useful guidance to their guests on places to visit in the region, and good pubs and restaurants to enjoy both for refreshment and dining.

Negative Reviews

Hot and Bothered.

A visitor from Wales, in February, was not happy that she could not turn down the radiator, and burnt her hand on the towel rail.

Noises and Gaps.

The sound-proofing in this 17th Century building was not very effective. There are gaps in the floorboards too!

Hardy and Happy.

Guests who stayed in the cottage and loved it found the swimming pool a nice addition but “a little chilly”.... in December!
