Wi-Fi Internet weak or non-existent.

Guests report that the Wi-Fi internet service at this property is not sufficient. The connection is weak and if you get connected you can only stay connected for a short time. Those traveling on business found this difficult as they needed to be connected to their colleagues and have access to internet at all times.

Food service too slow.

Guests found that the service at dinner time is too slow. They would wait for long periods before anyone would approach them for a drink order and then they would wait over half an hour for their meals. They found this unacceptable.

Rooms are outdated and musty.
