Positive Reviews

Great location close to many shops and restaurants

The hotel is close to an affordable public parking lot There are plenty of eateries and shops in the area to cater for a wide variety of tastes As it is at the centre of the city, there are a lot of attractions within an easy walking distance of the hotel.

Very professional multilingual staff members

The hotel’s reception staff are very courteous and welcoming and your stay here kicks off on a high note from when you first walk through the front doors The owners are always on hand and are very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and pubs that they think might be of interest.

The complimentary breakfast menu is quite diverse

Guests were very pleased by the options available at the breakfast spread The items were well prepared and there was adequate seating space to accommodate everyone at a go.

Negative Reviews

Rooms located at the front of the hotel were noisy

A number of guests with rooms near the street were unhappy to discover that they could not keep their windows open especially at night as a lot of noise got into the rooms This was especially troublesome for light sleepers.

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms

Some guests were disappointed to find a lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms Those who felt this was an issue thought that these should have been provided especially considering the fact that there is no onsite restaurant and no room service available.

The hotel’s elevator is quite small

The size of the hotel’s elevator was considered by guests to be on the smaller side This was an issue when multiple guests had to use it at the same time while carting their luggage.
