Property is cleaned to a high standard.

From top to bottom Elizabeth House Hotel is spotlessly cleaned. With rooms that have a fresh feeling it is easy for guests to be very comfortable during their stay.

Staff offer service with a personal touch.

Many of the guests who stay at this hotel feel like they have made new friends with the staff due to their friendly nature. Service is personal without being intrusive, and creates a much more inviting atmosphere than what is found at chain hotels.

Mattresses are in need of replacing.

According to several reviews the owners of Elizabeth House Hotel need to invest in some new mattresses for the guestrooms. Many people have a difficult time sleeping on the rock hard beds, and don't get much rest during their stay.

Guests have trouble getting an evening meal.

On-site are a dining room and the option for guests to purchase a home cooked breakfast or go with a traditional continental option. While this meal is popular with many, they are disappointed the hotel doesn't offer food later in the day as well. A lack of dining options in the immediate area further leaves guests hungry and disheartened.

Bathrooms are a tad small.

Larger visitors of this hotel may feel cramped when trying to use the small bathroom facilities set aside for guests.
