Positive Reviews

Central location good for a short Blackpool visit.

Newbury has a fantastic location for those wanting to see the best of Blackpool on foot. Close to the Blackpool Tower and North Pier, many restaurants and entertainment venues are easily within walking distance. And the Promenade is close, too, so travel by tram is a breeze. Hop on at the North Pier stop and it's a quick 15 minute ride to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Delicious breakfasts leave diners happy.

Breakfast is full and hearty or simple and healthy—it all depends on your preference. Home-made and with great reviews, it's a good start to your day.

Clean rooms are well-appointed.

The rooms are said to be clean, comfortable, and with plenty of amenities. Kids will be happy with free Wi-Fi and game consoles.

Negative Reviews

Parking in the city is a challenge.

The hotel does not offer parking, and Blackpool is a popular destination, meaning that street parking can be difficult to find.

Rooms can get hot and stuffy.

Some have commented that their room became hot and stuffy in night.

Showers and wash basins are small.

Bathrooms are not as spacious as everyone would like, and showers can sometimes flood the bathroom floor. Wash basins can be tiny.
