Positive Reviews

City-Centre Convenience.

Previous residents of Park Head Hotel have expressed their enthusiasm over convenient access to the city centre of New Condour. With shopping outlets, restaurants, and bars only a brief walk from the doorstop, various modes of entertainment are within easy reach. Museums and historic districts make for fun-filled events for the entire family.

Countryside Tranquility.

While this former 18th century estate is within close proximity of various town-centre attractions, the appeal of the countryside stretches prominently from the backdoor of this charming hotel. Locations ideal for walking, cycling, and bird-watching are numerous throughout the encompassing area. Swimming and fishing are also exciting pass-times—all within walking distance of the property.

Top-of-The-Line Service.

From one’s initial instance of arrival, warm and welcoming personalities are more than delighted to assist visitors with a wide variety of needs. Whether you’re feasting on a splendid, home-cooked dish in Park Head’s locally renowned restaurant, reveling in a hand-pulled ale or aged wine from the bar, or asking for directions to any of the surrounding attractions, prompt and courteous service is guaranteed.

Negative Reviews

Untimely Kitchen Staff.

While the personnel of The Park Head Hotel source the bulk of their produce from local suppliers, previous guests have found themselves at odds with untimely restaurant service. Especially during busier times, residents can expect to wait thirty-or-so-minutes for the arrival of their order.

Dated Facilities.

However well-appointed and comfortably furnished, the provided sleeping arrangements at this traditional inn have been reported to fall short of anticipated luxury. In addition to wobbly bed frames and creaking floor boards, poor water pressure, noisy radiators, and malfunctioning thermostats have elicited the attention of visitors.

Small Beds and Bathrooms.

A common source of complaint among previous guests of Park Head Hotel is the limited bathroom and bedroom space. Not only do the rooms seem a bit crammed, but some of the beds may be smaller than what most are familiar with.
