Residencia Universitaria Blas de Otero

The Blas de Otero Residence Hall is located in the historic center of Bilbao, 400 meters from the Cathedral, and accept students from the University of the Basque Country. It offers single, double and family studios with private bathroom, kitchenette and free internet Wi-Fi.

The residence has a fitness center, a games room with a pool table, various seating areas and a TV lounge. It also offers private parking, a self-service laundry and 24-hour reception.

The Blas de Otero Residence Hall is a short walk from Abando Train Station and Bilbao's Old Town. The world-famous Guggenheim Museum is around 2 km away.

This residence is open to the university community all year round. It offers accommodation to all members of the Educational or University Community (students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc.) to those participating in academic and scientific congresses, cultural and sports groups; and holders of an international student card or similar. In the case of not belonging to university or educational community, it is necessary to provide a membership card issued by any Hostel Association integrated in the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF).
